What usually went wrong?
- The floor was never ground, only washed or etched.
- Moisture from a damp valley slab pushed it up.
- A thin kit softened under hot tires.
- A crack kept moving under the coating.
Patch or start over?
If only a few spots failed and the rest is tight, we can grind them out and blend repairs. If it is lifting in many places, we grind the floor back to bare concrete and recoat. Many people use the chance to switch to a faster-curing system.

Sometimes, but an exact match on a worn floor is hard. A full recoat gives an even look.
